Good afternoon!

Quick reminder about the Ampath Global Event for Kenya. Just a few things....

(1) I have updated the report time below.  It is 30 minutes early than I originally sent out.

(2) Because this is a performance, please don't have the girls do anything strenuous (tumbling, skating, hiking, etc..) the day of this event because there are so many showcases (individuals dancing alone) in the routine. A person missing would cause a lot of stress!

(3) Please don't wait until the last minute to look for your daughter's PLAIN black leotard. The leotard should be plain, all black (no stripes, stars, colors, etc). 

Volume Moms-

I would like Team Bassline to perform at the Ampath event on Saturday, October 8th.  This falls in line with our goals to get out into the community more. There will also be television stations there and the girls may get interviewed or appear on local tv.

Details: 
Drop off: 4:30 pm. Performance is at 7 pm. Please do not be late! This event is pricey so you would not be able to attend unless you have a ticket. This would be a drop off and pick up event.
Pick Up: 7:30 pm

If dropping off, I will meet the girls in the front lobby.

Tardiness:
If you are habitually late, please out your child in the car with someone else.

Routine:
I am going to teach the girls the routine during their class time so there will be no additional rehearsals.

What they are wearing:
A plain black leotard with fabric around the waist
Black jazz shoes

Fabric:
You do not need to provide the fabric. The fabric is coming from Kenya and the IU rep will give it to me when it arrives.

Hair: 
High bun on top of the head (whether straight, braided, or natural. If straight or natural, would like everyone to slick the hair back for a clean look.
